Photos Hardly Describe the Misery in Mississippi…

DOTHAN – After watching television accounts of Hurricane Katrina’s devastation, I felt compelled to go down to the coast and try and help in some way.  We located an organized group with supplies and a police escort. 

On Sunday, September 11, we made the trip to Pascagoula, Mississippi . What I had seen on the news in recent days, hardly prepared me for the human misery and total devastation I encountered.  Here are photos and recollections from this one-day journey.
